The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Datox and help shape the future of our platform. You’ll work at the intersection of user needs, regulatory complexity, and AI-powered automation – translating insights into features that make compliance easier, smarter, and faster.
As one of our early product hires, you’ll have the opportunity to own major parts of the product experience, influence the roadmap, and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and customer success. Your impact will be felt across every layer of the product – from onboarding flows to report generation engines.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on clarity, complexity, and real-world results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product discovery and delivery across key areas of the Datox platform.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and build exceptional user experiences.
- Translate regulatory workflows into elegant, usable product solutions.
- Balance customer feedback, data insights, and strategic vision to prioritize the roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Bonus Points
- Experience working in fintech, regtech, or data-heavy platforms.
- Familiarity with European or UK regulatory frameworks (FCA, ESMA, etc.)
- Previous experience with AI/ML-powered products.
- Background in UX, engineering, or data analysis
- You’ve launched 0→1 features or products in a startup setting
