By using the service, you grant Datox a limited right to process Customer Data solely for providing the services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have lawful rights to upload and process their data.
4. AI-Generated Outputs
Datox may generate outputs using AI and automated systems.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and validating generated outputs, including regulatory filings, calculations, and extracted data.
Datox does not guarantee that AI-generated results will be error-free.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, branding, documentation, and platform materials provided by Datox remain the intellectual property of Datox or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
6. API Usage
API access may be subject to:
- Rate limits
- Usage quotas
- Subscription plans
- Additional fees
Datox reserves the right to suspend API access for abuse, excessive usage, or security concerns.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid services may require recurring subscription payments.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Fees are non-refundable
- Pricing may change with notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction.
8. Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datox shall not be liable for:

- Regulatory penalties resulting from customer misuse or incorrect submissions
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the previous 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Datox from claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the services
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Unlawful data uploads or processing
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the use of the services.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed except as required by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:

- Required payments are not made
- Security risks are detected
- Use of the service creates legal or operational risks
Customers may stop using the services at any time.
13. Governing Law
