Case studies.

Each case study follows the same structure: the reporting challenge, the workflow that was deployed, and the operational change that followed. Named references are published only with the client's written approval.

Structure

What each case study contains

  1. The reporting challenge

The obligation or deliverable, the volume involved, and what made the existing process difficult to sustain.

  2. Sources and complications

The systems, files and documents involved, and the specific data problems that had to be handled.

  3. The deployed workflow

How connectivity, mapping, validation, review and delivery were configured for that environment.

  4. Controls and evidence

The checks applied, who reviewed what, and what evidence the process retains.

  5. Operational impact

What changed in the cycle: elapsed time, effort distribution, error handling and capacity.
