Workflow

Investor reporting produced from one approved dataset.

Investor-facing reporting has to be right, consistent and on time. The recurring difficulty is that the underlying data arrives from several places, and each document is assembled separately, which is how inconsistencies appear.

Deliverables

What the workflow produces

Factsheets

Recurring fund factsheets by share class, generated from validated performance and portfolio data.

Investor packs

Periodic packs combining performance, holdings, commentary and account information.

Capital account reporting

Investor-level statements produced from register and accounting data.

Data extracts

Datasets delivered to investors, consultants or internal systems in the required structure.

Control

Consistency is a control, not a nicety

When the same figure appears in a factsheet, an investor pack and a regulatory filing, any divergence becomes a credibility problem. Producing all of them from one approved dataset removes the possibility.

How consistency is enforced

  • A single validated dataset per fund and period.
  • Documents generated from that dataset rather than assembled separately.
  • Corrections applied once and propagated to all affected outputs.
  • Lineage available from any published figure back to its source.
